Children: Two daughters:  Jennifer Clark, who lives in Austin with her husband, Royce Clark and children, Travis, Tyler and Tanner.   Jill Brown, who lives in Midland with her husband, Cary Brown and children, Mitchell, Emily, Ashley and Joshua.

 

Year I Came To Marble Falls: Full-time in 2000, although we bought our home at Horsehoe Bay in 1995.

 

Year I Became an Elder: 2004

 

Ministries I Am Closely Involved With: Adult Bible class teacher, Worship ministry liaison

 

Personal Dreams for the Marble Falls Church: I am excited to see a growing membership that places a high premium on loving one another. In five years, the Marble Falls church could have a membership in excess of 500, with new worship and classroom facilities, and be recognized as being a "magnet church" for the Highland Lakes area.

 

Personal Interests/Hobbies: My wife and I enjoy spending time with our grandchildren, playing golf, reading and keeping in touch with friends we have made over the past forty-plus years.

 

Favorite Bible Verse: 2 Timothy 2.15 because this was the first passage of Scripture I remember memorizing for my grandmother, who had a discernible influence on my early years.
